In particular, I'd like to find some 7 eyelet, brown, leather soled boots. Why? I'd like to put hobnails on them for hiking. It would shock most people how much traction old fashioned hobnails have in muddy or icy conditions. I have a pair of WWI replica roughouts (Pershing) boots that were made in India that are cheap but are very comfortable.
