Looking for hat or maker

who can fashion hat like Peter O'Toole wore in Rosebud. High crown floppy tweedy thing, with wide brim. Will try to put up pic, but can be seen on some posters for movie. This hat would sell a ton and I would make them, if I knew how to make a hat.
