I give all the credit you this great place and everybody in it. If not for the FL, I would've never, ever even began to think, let alone contemplate doing anything like this.

I'm already in the process of making my own custom hat from a raw body, as we speak.....with the help from a couple of great guys.

As far as the block goes, CHR....I'm not that talented to carve my own. I wish I were. I have made my own flange stand though.
