Not sure of the date on these, but they have very full cut legs and a high waist - the size stamped on the inside of the waistband looks like the way they used to stamp the size, Stock Number, etc on old uniforms - but I don't think the watch pocket was a military detail.
In any case, they are made of good, heavy material and have a great cut for a thin guy. The waist is approx 30" & length is 30" with almost 2" hemmed under. The size stamp says 32X33 - may have been taken in or might have shrunk. Button fly.
I cannot find any damage or significant wear to these pants, but there are a few minor spots which look like surface stuff which should come right off. Both of the rear pocket buttons are cracked. They were apparently cleaned sometime in the recent past, as they are starched stiff as a board.
