| Up for sale a beautiful pair of original 1930s American (?) work trousers in heavy cotton bedford-style twill. Amazing details on this rare piece - cinch-back with metal adjuster (most consistent with earl-mid 1930s), metal donut buttons, high rise pattern, white cotton drill waistband facing. Amazing vertical welt front pockets, seen on early railroad, factory work pieces. Handwritten 48 is probably a factory size/bundle number/internal production marking. Condition on this is really quite good for nearly 100 year old pair of pants - no major structural damage, very minor distressing and some staining as pictured. All pocket and seams intact, quite a wearable survivor. Further these pants are in a much harder to find larger size - the waist measures out to about 20" across, inseam is about 29.5". Please note that I'm not a professional clothier and my measurements are done to the best of my ability - please allow a small degree of discrepancy due to human error. Please also note that as this is a true vintage workwear piece, minor wear and signs of use should be expected. Any significant damage would be exhibited. If you have any questions at all, please reach out prior to purchasing. Please note I am 100% sure of the origin of these pants, only doing my best with the evidence at hand. 80 bucks Shipped quickly upon payment. |
