Thought I'd offer this up to you gents before doing the Ebay thing. Truly a find, this one; not a problem to report. It's like a vintage wine that needs to breathe. By this I mean it handles as though still in the store where it was originally sold: brim has *snap* to spare, fur felt is super dense and soft.

I think $95 shipped in the U.S. is a square deal. Here's some pictures:
