Won this a couple of weeks ago and finally got photos done:

The last photo shows the disintegrated cellophane that at one point in time had been inside the hat, and that "bled" onto the liner. I have seen this phenomenon from time to time in various auctions, and this may explain the reason why.
I now see what others are talking about in terms of the qualities of the *******. Incredibly lightweight, smooth soft felt. There is fine stitching around the edge of the brim, which, at first, I thought was raw edge -- very subtle. The ribbon is a kind of pewter gray, as opposed to black, which I think looks very cool. The ribbon was a bit wrinkled in a couple of spots, but some steam and the back of a teaspoon took care of it with no problem!
