Original Car coat/motor cycle jacket 1920's?

I traded some yard work for this jacket when I was in high school years ago. Would anybody be able to provide more information about it? No accoutrement information. I'm assuming 1920's or 30's.

Love it! It looks like a Californian to me. Also, the vertical zippers were used by one of my favorite Harley-Davidson Jacket called townsman.
