Original Christy's of London Boater

I have an original Christy's of London straw Boater. Never worn, stored for the past 20 years. Perfect condition except for a small chip on the back of the brim.

Any information on this hat would be appreciated. Value, etc. I am downsizing & if I don't use it, it is gone. That is according to my wife.

The first question people will no-doubt ask is size. Some sizes sell for more because they're harder to find because they're a more average size, or because it's larger or smaller than normal and fewer to select from.

First, "perfect" means without flaw. The chip in the back makes it imperfect--and probably worth little.

Second, what items of your wife's are you empowered to require sold due her her disuse?

" Perfect with a minor flaw" is my mind going faster than..... Would not know I grew up in newspaper family with English major. Waste of money?​

My wife is very much the minimalist, what is hers she uses!​
