These boots are absolutely gorgeous. Some of the most beautiful leather I have ever seen, they came almost white, and spent a few weeks tanning and conditioning them to get to this beautiful golden color. However, after that process, the sad reality that they are too long on me hit and I have to let them go. They have been worn around the house and on the patio a few times and are like new, except for the tanning and conditioning. Beautiful grain structure and checking all over this supple hide, these will also roll like crazy on the vamps when they start flexing. This is some of the softest and "fluffiest" feeling horsebutt i have felt, i think it will shape to your foot like nothing else. The color they turned really has to be seen in person to be appreciated. Handwelted stitchdown construction with an unstructured toe, finished with Jade Dr Soles. The last picture is to show the original color.
I also have to mention these might be the most comfortable heritage boots I've ever put on out of the box and the finishing and stitching surpasses any other boot I have owned (this includes clinch and role club.) I think the quality of this boot is at least up there with Clinch and is sold for less than half the price.
