Please Help Me Date This Shirt What Is It Called?

I found this shirt. I am going to be listing it on the bay. But I would like to gather some more info. What time period? I am assuming pre 30's And does this shirt have a specific name of the style? I also was assuming the button hole in the back of the collar is for the detachable collars. Is that correct? Any info would be very appreciated.

Hard to tell. Collarless shirts were certainly more popular/available before the early 30s, but they're still made today. The label looks to be of quite an early style. The shirt's certainly old, probably pre-30s, but very difficult, visually, to be sure on an exact age. No-one would complain if you described it as such …
