I have a question about the "posting rules" box at the bottom left corner of the thread index page. Who controls that? I ask because, I don't have permission to post attachments. Could it be some sort of work firewall? Anybody?....Jake
The box just is an informational message about what you are entitled to do in this section, based on your level of membership, access.
EDIT: and MK sets the levels, he is the sole Administrator. Attachments? Check your user profile.

Nobody can post attachments any more, because all the combined attachments over the year that we could post attachments became to large for the database to handle.
Most of us DON'T have that facility Jake. We used to but that was long ago.
We need to upload pictures via a 3rd party hosting service and link them in the message or link direct to the image source URL at the particular web site.
I think I was right clicking on the image icon with no success...then I noticed for the first time I did't have permission in the posting rules section. From there on I got lost in the rules tangent. Thanks for the help, I'll have to remember "left click" on the Icon......:cheers1: Jake
