Did you know that our feet get bigger as we age?

Has something to do with the ligaments relaxing, apparently around the age of 40 most people's feet enlarge by half a size or so.

I didn't believe this at all when my girlfriend mentioned it, googled it, and now it explains why these boots don't fit like they used to.

This has probably been my favorite pair of Red Wings, but also sparingly worn - they show only the beginnings of patina with a bit of indigo crocking around the ankles. They're otherwise in stellar shape. These are firsts, not seconds, and it shows.

I don't have the original box but can ship them packed neatly in a different red wing box with some nice red wing boot bags.

My feet have definitely gotten bigger. I used to be a solid 9 but now I’m a 10. Sometimes a 9.5 will work in these iron rangers
