Removing kiwi silicone mink oil

So I accidently applied kiwi mink oil with silicone on my nicks roughout suede boots, I immediately used dawn dish soap multiple times to rinse off the mink oil.

I've done research and silicon is a no go for leathers as it permanently seals the leather and eventually ends up dry rotting or cracking.

Need some advice here on if I removed the oil or what I can do to further strip off the mink oil

Red Wings sells mink oil with silicone especially for their rough out boots. I think you are fine…

you'll be fine a little silicone won't kill them

I have roughout boots I've worn for 10+ years, only ever brush them
