Fits great comfortable. I tried on a 44 it was too big all around.

I think it could do with more length. Sleeves and body look short. It would be easier to tell for sure if you tucked in the shirt. But I think you need at least +1".

The sleeves length fit slightly below the wrist bone. From my understanding the 689 and 618 are meant to be short at the waist right above the belt?

Yeah I don't mind. I was thinking about the 618hh might be a issue waist length wise because it's shorter then the 689

The 613SH in 44 would be a good option for you if you want something slightly longer than the 618HH but with the same great leather you have on this jacket. (In 44 it ought to fit similarly to your 689.)

That said, I wouldn't recommend it because your 689 really covers all bases. Forget the rest and make the most of this amazing jacket!
