You might also consider finding someone who is adept at making clothes, like a dress maker. You could then look through hundreds of men's, original or reproduction, vintage shirt patterns.

There is also Luxire. Haven't tried them yet but will definitely get my shirts from them. They have some good feedback on WW2 reenacting forums.
