I had my doubts because I don't think Frank would have sweat that much, or when he was sweating that much he wasn't wearing his hat.

I think it really is Sinatra's hat. Joe Franklin was a friend of his and would have access. Also, FS probably had hundreds of hat that he wore, especially in the later years when he lost most of his hair. The site seems credible. Now the question is whether the hat is really worth what they may be asking for it.
