Hmmm,....

I'm a die hard fan of the good old red and blue Spidy, but I could get used to this. Has a more serious spidery look to it and would be more sensible for lurking under ledges on tall buildings at night.

It simply looks like a black & white picture to me!
I did not read the Venom comics but wasn't the costume different from Spiderman's?

Venom was I believe some sort of alien that looked like spiderman.
