Been practicing with the camera lately, inspired by the camera work of @bolthead
The effect achieved in the shot is not post processed but all done in camera by limiting the depth of field. The blue orbs are just blue Christmas lights.
I should have cleaned the hat first, just now noticing after a week of wearing it that it has picked up some dusty particles.

Yesterday, was out with my colleagues for a morale event at this great pub which featured a fantastic old timey bar that had warm orange lighting. So I put the hat the bar and snapped some pictures. Again, shallow depth of field so that the background is blurred and only the hat has focus.
