Symphony in Slang (1951)

Anybody remember this? I've had it stuck in my head the past few days. I was listening to the Tom Waits song "Puttin' on the Dog" when I remembered that in this short, the main character literally puts on a dog! If you don't rememeber, then I can't explain!

That short is one of Avery's finest. Last time I saw it, I almost saw myself in need of changing my trousers!
I can only remember seeing a guy born with a silver spoon in his mouth that grew up overnight, got fired from his job because he couldn't cut the mustard, saw himself in a pickle aaand... I ain't giving away the ending.
