Got back from a readiness inspection on Saturday and this was delivered a couple hours later.

It is in great shape overall and the strap is good and pliable. Hopefully I can figure out an age. I am trying to see if I can find any information on The Finchley Establishment. Hopefully on our loungers might be able to shed some light.
