The Frank Sinatra Movie

Hey everyone, I was looking online and remembered there is supposed to be a Frank Sinatra Movie. Well what actually happened, I was reading about Nicholas Hoult being picked to play The Beast in the new X-men movie, and I then it struck me...he could pull of a younger Sinatra.
What do you think?

Those pictures do show a similarity - can he act though? I don't think I've seen him in anything recently...
