This is actually my first decent leather jacket so take this with a grain of salt... but I think part of that might account for the leather the fact that it's not broken in yet? and I guess they also might measure differently?

Crazy how the measurments are so far off from what the S&S website has for sizing info, website says a 40 has 19 sh, 44 ch, 25.25 sleeves. Yours appears much smaller?
