Here is the Peter's Bros. It's a 7 3/8 and fits well. Just am not feeling the navy - I'm more of an earthtone hat guy I guess. Wife didn't like it. Viktor has dibs then Bugsy. $75 plus shipping.

I don't have a navy Stephens, but the navy peters bros fits me right on and I'm a 7 3/8 with a 23" circumference
