If you prefer a liquid, benefit Lyin' Eyes is pretty good. I also have used the it stick to hide the veins.
I have since switched over to Everyday Minerals Sunlight concealer. it sounds counter-intuitive to put a powder under your eyes, but because it doesn't smear when your eyes get oily, it doesn't travel into fine lines. It's actually very effective (for a really wide awake look, I cover my eyelid and the inner corner, too.)
