US sizes vs European sizes

What are the us sizes (jackets) transformed to european sizes?:eusa_doh:

IIRC, these conversion charts are estimates........

As far as I was aware, US sizes are bigger that say UK sizes eg. a size 10 shoe in the UK would be a size 11 in the US and from what I remember a UK size 44" jacket would be around a size 46"-48" in the US but don't quote me on that it's just a guide and I would contact the supplier before purchasing to be sure.....hope that helps.
