Update on Langlitz.

I have ordered three custom jackets from Langlitz over the years. My first two were flawless and fit incredibly well.
My last order was for a Horsehide jacket in 2020. When I received it the measurements were comically off. I sent them photos and they very reluctantly agreed to accept the return. I foolishly agreed to take $200 less on the refund after they asked. I told them I would accept $200 less on the refund on condition they would not blackball me for future orders.
Fast forward 6 years. I asked about ordering a jacket and they are not agreeing to make me one. Sadly, despite loving their fit and quality, I am exceedingly disappointed. They did NOT stand behind their product and service.

I empathise with you I had this same treatment from Simmon’s Bilt .. the jacket that would complete my little collection,I thought..
You would think it a strange way to run a business..also got dicked about by another store, that sold the same jacket, possibly I am as you say blackballed for some reason
