Happy holidays! So many great jackets! I’m on holiday in Porto, Portugal and then on to Madrid. Are there any leather jacket stores I should visit?
Angry Souls in Madrid has some Schotts (USA ones) and Iron Heart.

Redcast Heritage has Double Helix, Flat Head and Shangri-la but it’s by appointment only I think.

Both are mainly about raw denim rather than leather though.

Holy guacamole that's a badass jacket mate! and it really suits your style :D

Cheers!
Thank you my brother the horse hide was stiff and being that it was a type 2 I really wanted to do the best I can to start to get that drape and arm rolls so no babying worn in. Light rain and drives and now it’s starting to settle down they warned me the tack buttons would be a pain at first but I didn’t want to have snap buttons so I said bring it on

Bro that's awesome. Can you imagine what a large fashion house would charge for something like that?
Yeah that would be a few thousand for sure this is why I design my own send it in to Johnson’s we talk price and spec then I pull that trigger and it’s 1 of one because it’s from my mind I usually look at jackets and start to put it together on my computer I have my little emblem X and that makes it even more personal as always

Looks like a hefty piece of leather so I'm sure it will take it's time to really break in hehe, but I think it looks super right now(some good arm-roll and so on :D ) but ofc, it will get even better :D

Please do! always fun seeing something different from the standard black x-zips or brown half belts :D(I'm very much a part of the "problem" there so I can't complain haha).

Have a great rest of the year bud.

You've been told about Redcast Heritage already, I got my first pair of raw denim from there. Sadly, last time I was in Madrid was when they were doing some works in the store so they were closed temporarily and I couldn't go, but I dealt with Eduardo and María over email, both were lovely and extremely helpful. I'll make sure to stop by next time I'm there.

Wearing the 1982-1983 Vanson Model E. Thanks to @Jasonissm for a great jacket. It has floated around to several forum members, and I'm glad to have it currently. If ever there was a jacket that can make an everyman feel like a rock star, this is definitely it. Smells great, broken in, aged very well. Thankful and excited.
