There are been a couple Schott P213's lately... I have the black also, very nice for when you want a biker look with less of the belt/extra pockets/etc of my 618HH. Too cold for a P213? Pfffffffftttttt never... you just need more layers and stubbornness
But seriously a good hoodie helps :D it IS a thin jacket

The Schott P213 is an underrated jacket. I purchased a lot of jackets in 2024 and moved on most. None were as comfortable as the P213 - it stays in the collection.

I think you got something going there with the jacket + scarf combo. Looks quite snazzy!

Will Clurman put one on if you request? I’ve never asked. I know his zipper replacement is first class.
He would, but depends on what zipper you want to get and what he has available. He won’t do just any zipper you send his way.

His guy can definitely get it done.

Got this Vietnam era G-1 today at a Bangkok vintage market. Luckily the weather even allowed me to wear it around a bit.

Still learning how to take full torso selfies (I'm used to head shots over on the hat side).

Good jacket. No tag inside. The wrist knits are raggedy but functional, everything else is a go on this classic. Couldn't complain about the price, either.

I finally bit the ****** and took the tags off of this NOS key saddle king I received off EBAY last week.

I quite like the cut of the torso, but am not in love with the sleeves being so wide and baggy at the upper arm.

I wasn't sure whether I was going to keep or resell it, ultimately I came to the conclusion that the big upper arms were unlikely to be desirable and that for the $50 I payed I should just keep it.

If you come across a vintage denim jacket with internal pockets, let me know. I know many (if not all) of them don't have internal pockets. But I need one for my wallet.
You bet. I've started to do some of my own tailoring so I might take a crack at sewing in internal pockets; on one of my least favorite jackets to start:)

That's why I wear a vest.
Before I became a vest wearing convert I had jackets I wouldn't wear because they didn't have an internal pocket.

70's Lee Trucker I bought cheap on the local Marketplace. I think it's my favorite denim jacket so far. I paired it with some double knee Prison Blues my wife got me as a Birthday gift. They are pretty loose fitting compared to what I normally wear but they are growing on me:) View attachment 672965
How are the pockets on those prison blues ?
Before settling on Diamond Gusset I looked into both Roundhouse & Prison Blues and read reports of the pockets being quite small / tight acess.
