This is a Mercy Supply Waxed cotton vest. Makes a decent layering piece. It's unique but I think overall a wool vest makes more practical sense.

THanks it is a jacket from my drawing I had local leather jacket maker to make, finished early this year but then denim jacket craze took over so I haven't wear it as often as I should

I agree with both of you! However, unfortunately NYC is not the greatest place to shop what I consider premium leather jackets.
Yes, there is Selfedge with Fine Creek and Flat Head and there is Schott, but the first one is too much for a first leather jacket and the latter is from my perspective not really a bang for the buck either. RRL is also not great when getting into that game I convinced him that we do a Scotland trip some time next year [emoji6]
