It is the standard horse. I grabbed a stock size off the rack since the measurements were spot on with my premier highwayman. I have a brown dominator in Veg sheep and I love it, it’s the most comfortable jacket I’ve ever put on. For the black one, I wanted something a little tougher feeling than the sheep. I considered ordering vegecow, but with the wait time and up charge, I figured I could add a dyed through chrome tanned jacket to my lineup since all my others are veg tanned. I’m quite pleased with it. The hide is not as visually appealing as my BB Vicenza or black Badalassi, but it is very thick, supple, and easy to get along with right out of the box.

It’s a perfect fit on you!

LL’s standard horse comes in a huge variance across the different batches, I have found.
While my Lightning is really nice, I never really liked the leather on my Dom, so I swapped it for a sheep version. Glad you like the hide on yours, as I find the very unique look of the horse (high shine, smooth surface) looks absolutely boss on the Dominator.

Badalassi Premier Highwayman today. This one and my new LL Dominator almost feel redundant as they fit nearly identical and have a similar vibe, but this one is just a different beast altogether. The Badalassi is super thick here, and it’s just finally starting to comply after wearing as much as humanly possible.
