I very rarely post on here because my leather jackets only come out at weekends and I haven’t got much of a selection of them. This one is the only one I purchased new. It’s a Schott horse hide. Being that I only take it out on weekends, and not every weekend at that, it’s taking a long, long time to break in. The good news is that I can now do up the sleeve zippers without the leather digging into my wrists and hurting, so some progress is being made. I’ll be wearing it next weekend for two days straight morning to evening so maybe that will move things on a bit.

Yeah, I probably should have gone a cm or two longer so I could turn them up, but had to chop them to a some degree thanks to the super short legs that seem to inflict all the males in my family!

I have no idea, I bought it second hand on eBay. It’s labeled « Durable » but it is not a Toys McCoy or Kelso…. There would be a tag somewhere… besides the lining is not matching any of those makers.
My guess is it’s a Chinese repro, but… a good one.

Do you have a link to that Ebay listing? I'll try to search for the origins of that reproduction, perhaps it'll end up being a third option compared to T.M or B.K.
