Been wearing pullovers for the past few weekends. I have really grown to love these.
This one I dyed:

And this Schott rancher which is super easy to put on/take off thanks to a side zipper that runs the sleeve length:

My wife said something today I rarely hear. Usually if I ask her how I look she's snarky. "Like a **** who spends to much on clothes" or something along those lines. Today she said "I hate you" in a cute sort of way. ❤️
I hope these cuffs break in. I think they made up the length by just making the cuffs longer.

Haha! I get the same reaction from my wife.

My wife: "You bought another leather jacket??"
Me: "Yeah, and I'm just getting started!"

So I think the the denim soak turned out pretty good, so today was a break-in day:

But let's be honest, the denim was just the side dish. Mushman's Rio Grande limited edition white version. I've had this jacket for a few weeks now and have come to the conclusion this is pretty much end game for me. Sewn by Electic Leather Studio consisting of Himeji white (cream) horsehide and genuine Chimayo panels provided by Trujillo. One of five in existence (Sz 34, 36, 38, 40, and 42), and the only one in my size. So glad I pulled the trigger on this.

Studio D'Artisan Rain Kasuri jeans.
That is a very special jacket indeed!

Vintage leather jacket from the 1970s I got yesterday. Not sure what brand or exact year it is, but it’s now a new favorite.
I feel like a character in Once Upon a Time in Hollywood when I wear it.

EDIT: I believe this is a Reed Sportswear but the lining must’ve been changed at some point

I feel like that tan/golden suede or roughout is the standard but I really love the dark brown you dyed it. Bet it would look good if the whole thing was that color

Still exploring Wild Carpathia.

Visited Cantacuzino Castle - a neo-Romanian residence set against the backdrop of the Carpathian Mountains. It was resided by the aristocratic family the castle was named after. After being nationalized during communism, it was restored to provide a glimpse into its past.

Also happens to be the set of the Wednesday show that came out on Netflix. Shoutout Uncle Fester!

In addition to my Reed Sportswear jacket that I got yesterday, I also found this Pioneer Wear. The little care tag on the inside is pretty cool.
Any idea on when this was made? I can’t find anything on the history of the brand. View attachment 688532 View attachment 688533
Early 70's as far as I can tell.
PW made some really awesome stuff with killer linings.

I actually wore my P-W today.

Mark posted his and when I saw the badass lining I instantly fell in love, I just had to have one and luckily found the same one in my size for the right price less than an hour later.

They fly under the radar and are an absolute bargain for quality suede on Ebay.
My jacket with this same label ( I've got a vest with a later label ) had an original 1973 dated Pioneer wear " Home care of suedes & leathers " cleaning guide pamphlet in the pocket.
