I wore this 40s to 50s Canadian made HH leather jacket, love the buttery leather and condition. Found the real production tag under the liner. I searched the brand and found out the ghost sign of the label is still alive on a building!

New RMC A2 in today. Ignore the shorts, it’s really warm in Sydney at the moment.

This horsehide is quite a pumpkin orange in person and it’s really special.

I was worried that it would be small, but I think it fits pretty decently for an A2. People say that this model fits one or two size smaller than tag, but I have found that it’s a slim TTS.

@Gum I am jealous Dude. I have a Real McCoy's A2 in Sieena but I tried so hard to get that color, it looks great and it fits great.

Aye thank you, they are such lovely jackets (raw sienna is a super lovely shade as well). Just happened to stumble on this one on Buyee last week and pulled the trigger immediately :)

I'm not really a fan of the A-2, but when I see pictures like this, I start thinking.

Love it. Great colour, and it does look great on you. Fit is so subjective, but no way it looks small on you.

Just unboxed half an hour ago. Vanson/MrFrown C2 in Cognac Badalassi.

Still has the shape of the box rather than my torso, but I am so pleased I had to share immediately.

I was pretty worried about sizing, but no way I could do one up.

Hide is absolutely utterly gorgeous, and the hardware and liner are the perfect match. Yes, it squeaks like a rabid squirrel, but this is a head-turner anyway.

True fit photos over the weekend for sure!

So I think the the denim soak turned out pretty good, so today was a break-in day:

But let's be honest, the denim was just the side dish. Mushman's Rio Grande limited edition white version. I've had this jacket for a few weeks now and have come to the conclusion this is pretty much end game for me. Sewn by Electic Leather Studio consisting of Himeji white (cream) horsehide and genuine Chimayo panels provided by Trujillo. One of five in existence (Sz 34, 36, 38, 40, and 42), and the only one in my size. So glad I pulled the trigger on this.

Studio D'Artisan Rain Kasuri jeans.
It was well worth pulling the trigger as that is an amazing jacket.

To clarify: You went a size smaller than your normal size (as @Mrfrown ) ((???)) recommends?

This is a size 42.

Here´s the thing: Vanson´s sizing is very inconsistent between the different models in their lineup, with some of them (Model B; Enfield to some extent) running pretty large, while olthers are on the slimmer side (Model E, Chopper).

I was worried that the "C" was small on me, especially since it´s so super short. I would say, it fits comparable to the "B", but with larger arms and a tad bigger than an Enfield.

For reference: I wear size 44 in japanese makers and vary between 42 and 44 for british/american makers. With Aero, I am 42 for the 1930´s cuts, 40 for the 1950´s cuts and 44 for the Premier line.

I should perhaps add that I found the size chart on the "DudsbyDel" page both helpful and accurate.
