Nick, the only thing that swells my head are the rising Ebay vintage hat prices. That lid would fit, but the final price $$$ may not. Nice Whippet & theres that Disney hat box. Peter

High prices for Whippet

IF you are successful in bidding for a Whippet or most any other vintage hat the purchasing cost is just beginning. Even if the hat has been taken care of you still need to have it cleaned and blocked. That adds about $50.00 with shipping. So if I pay $121.00 like the last one I saw on Ebay in my size, I will still have at least $50.00 to invest to get it cleaned and blocked. Also, if the ribbon or lining or sweatband needs replacing add another $25.00-50.00.

Why not just buy a custom from Steve or Art???
