Looking to buy a size 46 comp weight Vanson jacket. Either a shirt style collar model (enfield, dakota, etc.), or a model A/B. Preference leans slightly towards shirt style collars.

As someone who has been looking for Vanson secondhand specifically a C2) it really is fascinating how few there are on the secondhand market compared to other brands. I do think it goes to show how much people love their jackets once they have them!

For sure. From everything I've heard, they're incredibly well-built jackets, and they're affordable. Not much to dislike! I may end up just buying one new, given how reasonably priced they are.

Agreed! I got an old one for a good deal mostly just to try out for a spin knowing it would probably be too small, so I ultimately sold it but the hype seemed to be real! Bummer is just how good some of the vintage ones look so it's hard to not be tempted to try and wait for one to appear but yes, buying new is probably the sensible thing to do considering they're cheaper at retail price than just about any other brand I'd considering buying.
