I have been absent for a while due to a shift in hobbies, but I am yet again intrigued by our shared interest in leather jackets. Due to shift in personal taste and size, I want to let go of the following 4 Aero Leather jackets. I am in no dire need of money, it is mostly about making space for other jackets, so I am value'ing these fairly low at 800€ for a trade deal and that being said, if I were to sell them rather than trade, I would want to sell them all at once to minimize my efforts in more or less gifting these away.

However, my priority is a trade: I am ever interested in anything in the size 40, 22" ptp range that strikes me as interesting: Lost Worlds, Schott, Johnson Leather, Eastman Leather, artisan makers, japanese makers. Just shoot me up with offers on what you would trade for this ensemble of Aero Leather jackets. I imagine this is a value for anyone who is into Aero Leather, wants to give the brand a shot at a reasonable price and/or get started in the leather jacket business..

For my record, I have been a member here for a long, long, long, long time and have sold and bought jackets ever since 2014 with no troubles ever.

Now to the jackets:

1. Aero Leather Zipsleeve Highwayman

This jacket is sized 38 and the original buyer who was also a TFL member had Aero slim down the body of the jacket to a 36 in the waist. It is made from stupidly heavy Horween steerhide, weighing in at roughly 4 kg. You know, back from these heydays when Heavy Steerhide was in fact heavy steerhide. You can find more info on the jacket for example here, it's been well documented in pictures in this forum:

Measurements taken to the best of my ability and knowledge are roughly as follows:
Pit-to-pit: 58 cm
Bottom-hem: 52 cm
Shoulder: 47 cm
Sleeve-length straight down roughly 64 cm
Backlength 62 cm

(The white stuff on the sleeve is leather wax from the cold, can be polished back in or just be wiped off)

2. Aero Leather A-2 in Vicenca Russet Horsehide

Bought this from Aeros Ready for Sale page as new. Wore it no more than 10 times. The leather is gorgeous, pictures rarely do justice to the russet Vicenca, it's being absolutely slept on.

Measurements roughly:
Pit-to-pit: 53-54 cm
Sleevelength: 61-62 cm
Backlength: 63 cm

3. Aero Leather On the Waterfront

So back in the very old days, Aero would offer the Waterfront as a turn around jacket, one side a leather jacket, the other side a wool jacket and you could wear it either way as a fully functional jacket. That is this. Gorgeous black FQHH, very high quality from many years ago before all the horsehide hype and quality going down. Luxuriously soft in the body, sleeves still need breaking in. This jacket has seen after-market alterations. It has been taken in in the body and fits like a 38 despite its contrary label and is quite trim in shoulders and chest. Regardless, it is a real gem for someone lean. For me, 170 lbs broad-shouldered, it is too tight.

Pit-to-pit: 53-54 cm
Sleevelength: 65 cm
Backlength: 69 cm.

4. Aero Leather Veste de Rallye

This too is a jacket from the dark days of the internet when Aero was still selling hilariously heavy steerhide jackets. Black CXL Steerhide. Jacket is around 5 kg, an absolute unit.

Measurements roughly:

Pit-to-pit: 60 cm
Backlength: 77 cm
Sleevelength: 65-66 cm.

All together they make a nice ensemble of flight jacket, Overcoat and shorter more athetic style in the HWM.. plus the Waterfront jacket ofcourse which is basically another two jackets but harder to fit due to narrow fit in the chest and shoulders (imagine a size 38 but the lining is a blanket really). You want them all, whether to wear all or pick one and sell on the rest for a tiny profit, you can pm me about a trade offer! I listed above what I am particularily interested in.

Cheers and best to everyone, especially those who do still remember me!
