I have an old WWI style helmet, presumably used for Civil Defense during WWII, that I got at a stoop sale (Brooklynese for yard sale). It's kind of gross, not to mention HEAVY, but when you put it on your head and talk there's an amazing echo, like a cave! Can't imagine what this beast would be like to wear.
