It is closest to the hat that is $99.00. Different weavers...generally the ebay hats are teenagers, or younger, but they do a good job...they are learning and we need to keep them weaving. Some are men looking for some fun money so they weave hats on the weekends and at night.

Shipping is $30.00 and is now certified and online trackable...Express Mail is (sometimes) faster and online trackable, now $50.00. They've just raised the prices for the mail for their "better, faster" service. We shall see. I've got a package out in limbo right now.
