Indeed, especially the brand Valstar / Valstarino is famous for making popular civilian A1s in all kind of different fabrics, however, they are impossible to find anywhere as it seems they temporarily halted production (website down). That would have been the perfect jacket, unfortunatley RT...

Hello gentlemen, Does anyone know a source where you can buy one of these vintage "connecting-rod" style Crown zippers? The usual suspects (Google, Ebay) came up empty...

@Gancho Thank you for the back measurements! The 71cm is without collar, right? One more thing: Do you like the placement of the underarm-zipper on the outside more than the standard backside zippers on your previous jacket? Would you recommend it?
