I've had an Akubra Snowy River for about 20 years (bought it from L.L.Bean way back when). It needs some attention and I'm kind of tired of the big brim curl. Any ideas about what might work in a conversion or refurb? Is there a Stylemaster hidden in there somewhere?

I'm fond of Stetson Open Road hats and I'd like to have one of mine customized for a better fit. I live in the Seattle area. Is there anyone around who does that kind of work? Optimo, in Chicago, is an option but I'd prefer someone closer to home. Thanks, Warren
