Most of those decals are put on with some type of glue. Any type of solvent that you would use to remove the decal might hurt the leather. Try contacting Aero and see what they say...

I have the Mark 41 with the collar stand. I like the way the collar stand looks much better than without one. I'd go for the Mark 41. Jeff
