Has anybody in the FL made his own monoposto? I mean: use a old chassis and engine, and then rebuild a 'new' monoposto? Maybe, when i get the time....................and the money.............i like to use a chassis and straight 8 from a 1930 / 1931 Buick to get this: Plus Four.

This is my 1928 Buick Opera Coupe. It's the Master 6 and it has become (many years ago) a new paint. The interior is almost original. I had some problems wilt the carb and the ignition. But after a lot of hours in garage, and with help of the AACA the engine is running perfect now...

cap Yes, the cap is nice, but they are hard to find. The caps of that era were wider then they are now. And what you can buy now is mostly a 6-piece or 8-piece cap. The old-ones (the top of the cap) were made from one piece.
