Anyone know if I can send my Maxwell back for alterations. I want to alter the current back to a bi-swing. I added some mass to my back and shoulders and it feels tight with layering. And I also noticed a vertical creases/folds that is running down the front of the jacket, near the lapels and buttons. It's originating from the collar. I think adding some room with bi-swing would help .

Mail them and ask. Holly is helpful and will respond to you in a few days. They might be too busy these days but you may have some chance during the summer time.

They can do minor alterations, but changing the back is pretty major. You're better off having it remade to the specifications that you want.

The line that you mention is just something that happens. I have it on half of my jackets. and i think it is linked to the way a jacket sits on your traps. Nothing much you can do about it.
Regarding changing the back, that isn't really an alteration but a major rework.
I am ready to bet that Aero will tell you the same thing others have said here: It's cheaper and easier to sell your current one and get a new jacket.

All jackets get those diagonal creases starting from the collar, it's because of excess material when your shoulders are rolled forwards (which they are whenever you reach out with your arms). Adding a bi-swing back won't change anything about it and imho destroy the clean look of the style.
