I do not think we even have a name for fedoras in Serbia. We just call them hats. Another interesting thing: name we use for top hats is cylinder and the name for bowler is semi cylinder. Are these names ever used for hats in english language. -

How to resizing with a little paper under the sweat band?

How do I know weather I am a long oval, oval or what ever there is. I am a size 60 (7 1/2) but when I put on my hat (size 60) I can feel that there are small gaps on the sides. They dissapear when I pull my hat tightly on my head. Is there some way of measuring what kind of head a person has? -

What school did you go to? First of all circumfrence is 2*pi*r or pi*d that means that in this case c=62.83 cm. Second 31.4156 is only about 12 inches. If c=62.83 that is I think eather 7 3/4 or 7 7/8. -
