(Don't know if this has been done before but) Movies so Traumatizing You Could Only Watch It Once.
The Shining. Hands down. Probably didn't help that I was 11 at the time - don't know what my Dad was thinking taking me to this, though I was probably the one that wanted to see it.- doberdadinmd

Was just up in Baltimore and got complimented on my hat and he asked if it was a Stetson, I said no, asked if it was a Dobbs, I said no. At this point I told him it was an Optimo and he replied that he literally had been looking at the Optimo website a few hours earlier! It was a treat to hand...- doberdadinmd

I still need to post an update, but Graham absolutely was professional in his response and totally accepted responsibility for forgetting the ribbon change. I don't know beaver belly from beaver butt, but the felt on all of the ones I've seen is spectacular.- doberdadinmd

The experience in the store was fantastic (though it was 20 minutes of discussion of the fit where he insisted it was fine and I disagreed).
