The thing about YKK is they make both high-end and low-end zippers. Some of their stuff is very cheap, but some of it is pretty much peerless. e.g. The YKK zippers Arc'teryx uses are the best I've seen on anything.- Maxwells_Daemon

Problems with Aero Jacket and Talon Zipper
I'm in Canada, so it's definitely a viable option to send it to the U.S. for a new zipper. More viable than sending it back to the UK at least! Is the knowledge/equipment to replace zippers on this kind of jacket rare? It would be great if I could take it someplace local (i.e. Calgary).- Maxwells_Daemon
