Hats are a great idea. He has one felt fedora he got from a vintage shop but I think it is a little small. He has a big head lol. I have the same issue with vintage gloves and shoes. He has LOTS of marvelous tweed jackets - they are so easy to find at thrift stores... no more room in the closet lol! He also has a great pair of thrifted leather dress shoes and I want to get him a pair of leather boots for his birthday. Wanted - 40's and 50's era mens trousers in larger sizes
I should mention that in modern jeans he wears a 34x34. I assume that is because the waist is so much lower and crotch a tighter, higher fit, resulting in a larger waist measurement going over the tummy and shorter inseam because of the lower starting point....- Celeste Photini Gregor
