This is a midnight blue tux, dated 1947 and from Richman Bros. It is in very nice condition. Lapels are grosgrain as are the side seams on trousers. Trousers are double pleated and have Talon zipper.
MEASUREMENTS: The chest (laid flat, buttoned and measured across from pit to pit is 46". The center seam is big (see pic) and you could get another inch out of it. The sleeve length (from top of shoulder seam to cuff bottom) is just shy of 26" and underarm seam from pit to cuff is 19". The back length of jacket (from top of neck, straight down center seam to hem) is 32 3/4". The outseam of trousers 44 1/2" and there's 2.5" of material to let out. The waist is 33" and could be let out another 2 1/2 inches.
Price is $50 (plus shipping and PayPal fees). The last time you went to dinner, you probably paid more than that.
