What a fabulous and unique dress! Ruched nylon chiffon sweetheart bust, double spaghetti straps, illusion lace cummerbund waistline studded with rhinestones Fluffy chiffon bubble peplum and pencil skirt...I thought this was a Lilli Diamond when I first found it but it was made by "Paradise."
